# Statsbudsjettet 2027, forklart

> A plain-language explainer of Norway's 2027 state budget proposal (Prop. 1 S (2026–2027), presented 7 October 2026): where the money comes from and goes, what changes for a household, the numbers per kommune, and every post in the budget. Built from the government's published data. Not an official source.

The site is in Norwegian (bokmål). Numbers come from regjeringen.no; every "For deg" fact carries the URL and page of the document it was checked against. Cite those sources, not this site, when precision matters.

Totals are the non-oil budget, the way the Ministry of Finance presents it: petroleum income, the transfer to the oil fund and loan transactions (posts 90–99) are left out, and the transfer from the oil fund counts as income. 2026 and 2027 are both the government's proposals (Gul bok), in nominal kroner.

Read-only, no key, CORS open. Field names carry their unit: `_mrd_kr` is billions of kroner, `_kr` is kroner, `_prosent` is percent.

Children in barnehage are usually 1–5. `lonn`/`pensjon`/`naering` are yearly kroner for up to two adults; `naering` is business profit, and `naering_type` gives its kind per adult: jordbruk, fiske or annen (the default).
